Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that at all times when moving between approved spaces the enrolled children are accompanied by a contact staff member. The approved provider must ensure that only children who are currently enrolled in, and attend or will attend, a school in the current year attend the outside school hours care program. The approved provider is to ensure the toilets are checked prior to use by the children to ensure members of the public are not utilising them. The approved provider must ensure that all children attending the outside school hours care program must be at least 4 years of age by 30 June in the year they attend the program. The approved provider must ensure that children attending the service cannot access the pools from the approved outside play space or otherwise The approved provider must ensure that members of the public do not enter or remain in the approved outside play space whenever children attending the service are in the approved outside play space The approved provider must ensure that temporary fencing is erected in the approved outdoor play space, as indicated on the "attached plan", whenever children attending the service are in the approved outside play space The approved provider must ensure that the plan identifying the placement of the temporary fencing is displayed adjacent to the prescribed information about service approval conditions per section 172 of the National Law The approved provider must ensure that at any time an enrolled child or children access the outdoor grassed areas they are accompanied by a contact staff member.
