Approval conditions

2. The approved provider must ensure that the number of family day care educators employed, engaged or registered with the service does not exceed 15. 4. The approved provider will always engage, at minimum, three suitably qualified family day care educators who are actively educating and caring for enrolled children. These educators cannot be operating from the residence of the provider. 3. The Approved Provider, being Ufuomanefe Levy, must refrain from educating and caring for children, in any capacity, (outside of normal parental responsibilities) whilst engaged in the role of either an Approved Provider, Nominated Supervisor, Responsible Person or Family Day Care Co-ordinator during the operational hours of the Nefe’s Family Day Care (the Service).
