This service is approved to provide education and care to children from children from 18 months up to and including school children This service is not required to comply with the following performance criteria of SP5.4: Child Care Centres of the Queensland Development Code (QDC) (V1- publication date 1 September 2003) - P3 - Premises used for a child care centre other than a school age care service, must be provided with an indoor play area for each group, which (c) provides unimpeded access to children’s toilets and washing facilities; - P5 - Premises used for a child care centre other than a school age care service, must be provided with outdoor play facilities for each group, which – (e) provide unimpeded access for staff and children to children’s toilets, nappy change areas and personal washing facilities;
