Approval conditions

The waiver for regulation 108 Space requirements - outdoor space applied while the planned works mentioned in the application are undertaken. The Approved Provider must ensure that all children being educated and cared for by the service have daily access to safe outdoor space during the renovation of the outdoor space and records are maintained and available at the service premises to demonstrate each child’s access. The Approved Provider must ensure that all educators, staff and volunteers are made aware of the risk assessment and follow the strategies to support children accessing outdoor space. The Approved Provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
