Approval conditions

Newly appointed educators effective 21 May 2024 onwards, already hold a Certificate III in Early Education and Care qualification or higher. Educators who are currently studying towards a Certificate III in Early Education and Care must have completed the qualification by 31 December 2024. The approved must ensure that educators currently studying towards a Certificate III in Early Education and Care must care for no more than 4 children at any given time. The approved provider must note that no further waivers will be granted for regulation 127 after the 31 December 2024.
