Approval conditions

1. The approved provider must engage all staff in six monthly child protection training in accordance with Regulation 84. This must include the development and implementation of procedures for dealing with matters relating to reportable conduct of educators for a period of two years. 2. The approved provider must ensure all new staff members complete adequate child protection training before commencing working directly with children at the service and maintain evidence that can be produced to the Regulatory Authority on request.
