Approval conditions

The Approved Provider must maintain the enhanced supervision arrangements described in its response dated 11 June 2026, including the deployment of a dedicated transition support role rostered above the minimum educator-to-child ratios during identified high-risk periods, for a period of twelve (12) weeks commencing on 13 July 2026. This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including over preschool age. The service is not approved to provide education and care to school children. The approved provider must ensure that the mirror installed at the service is constantly maintained and operational to ensure the facilitation of adequate supervision of children at all times they are being educated and cared for at the service, having regard to the need to maintain the rights and dignity of the children as required under regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
