Approval conditions

From 23 July 2026, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for one additional child on Wednesday of each week provided that: a) the additional child for whom care is provided is the child named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 7 July 2026 and with reference number APP-00060349; and b) the approved provider ensures that the child named in APP-00060349 is accommodated in the first available vacancy at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority in writing within 24 hours if the child who is named in APP-00060349 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service. d) This condition expires on 23 December 2026. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 49 children.
