Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that at all times when moving between indoor and outdoor areas the enrolled children are accompanied by a contact staff member. The approved provider must ensure that only children who are currently enrolled in, and attend or will attend, a school in the current year attend the outside school hours care program. The approved provider must ensure that all children attending the outside school hours care program must be at least 4 years of age by 30 June in the year they attend the program. The approved provider must ensure that education and care is not provided from the 'Out of School Care Room' or the 'Undercover Area' as identified on the displayed plan. The approved provider must ensure that the plan identifying the 'Out of School Care Room' and the 'Undercover Area' is displayed adjacent to the prescribed information about service approval conditions per section 172 of the National Law. The approved provider must ensure that, during the school term, the service provides education and care only for before and after school care sessions. The approved provider must ensure that, during vacation care periods, education and care is not provided from the “Out of School Care Room” as identified on the attached plan. The approved provider must ensure that the plan identifying the “Out of School Care Room” is displayed adjacent to the prescribed information about service approval conditions per section 172 of the National Law. The approved provider must ensure that, during vacation care periods, the service may only educate and care for a maximum of 24 children. The approved provider must ensure that at all times enrolled children require access to and from the toilet facilities, they are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member.
