Approval conditions

From 11 September 2025, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for one additional child on Thursdays and Fridays provided that: a) the additional child for whom care is provided is the child named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 29 August 2025 and with reference number APP-00050852; and b) the approved provider ensures that the child named in APP-00050852 is accommodated in the first available vacancy at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority in writing within 24 hours if the child who is named in APP-00050852 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service. This condition expires on 19 December 2025. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 46 children. From 15 September 2025, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for one additional child on Mondays and Tuesdays provided that: a) the additional child for whom care is provided is the child named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 2 September 2025 and with reference number APP-00050952; and b) the approved provider ensures that the child named in APP-00050952 is accommodated in the first available vacancy at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority in writing within 24 hours if the child who is named in APP-00050952 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service. This condition expires on 17 December 2025. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 46 children.
