Approval conditions

All children being educated and cared for at the service must have daily access to natural outdoor space which is predominantly open to the sky and has adequate levels of solar penetration. The approval is granted subject to the condition that the indoor rooms adjacent to the ‘Outdoor Play Area 1’, labelled on certified building plans as ‘CR 6 weeks to 18 months’ and ‘CR18 months to 2 years’ are to only be used for short term activities and are not to be used as the main space for the education and care of children throughout the day. A short term activity could include for example art or music experiences or as a sleep room.
