Approval conditions

From 7 May 2026, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for one additional child on Thursdays of each week provided that: a) the additional child for whom care is provided is the child named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 6 July 2026 and with reference number APP-00057984; and b) the approved provider ensures that the child named in APP-00057984 is accommodated in the first available vacancy at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority in writing within 24 hours if the child who is named in APP-00057984 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service. d) This condition expires on 7 November 2026. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 70 children. The approved provider must comply with the conditions of Section 51 of the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law, and the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
