Approval conditions

That the minimum number of full time equivalent coordinators with the service when it engages between 10 and 20 educators will be two coordinators. That the approved provider is to conduct fortnightly unannounced compliance visits for each of the educators and follow up with a further compliance visit within two business days where non-compliance is detected. The approved provider must ensure that the maximum number of family day care educators employed or engaged by the service does not exceed 35.
