Approval conditions

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from 36 months to over preschool age, not including school children. It is a condition of the service waiver that the service must comply with the ventilation and natural light requirements in regulation 110 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations in relation to the covered play areas across both levels of the service. It is a condition of the service waiver that the service must comply with natural environment requirements in regulation 113 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations in relation to the covered play areas across both levels of the service. It is a condition of the service waiver that an adequate amount of healthy, live plants of a variety of species and sizes is maintained at all times in the children’s covered play areas across both levels of the service premises (the covered play areas are the balcony on the first level and the building undercroft on ground level). This is to ensure children are afforded adequate opportunities to explore and experience the natural environment as required under Regulation 113 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
