This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth to over preschool age, including school children. At all times education and care is being provided to children at the service, there must be one additional educator present above the number required to meet the educator-to-child ratios. This educator is to operate as a dedicated float educator to support active supervision and ensure all children are accounted for at all times, including during high-risk periods such as transitions, outdoor play, and arrival and departure times.
