The service waiver is only in effect while Bubbles Programmes Pty Ltd (PR-40023948) is the approved provider. The approved provider must seek approval in writing from the relevant regional office of the Regulatory Authority of any proposed changes to the timetable that would increase the number of hours a child is in care. The approved provider must ensure that they incorporate and maintain natural elements and features within (simulated and genuine) outdoor spaces. The approved provider must ensure that all children educated and cared for by the service have opportunities for physical activity within (simulated and genuine) outdoor spaces.
