Approval conditions

The Approved Provider must ensure that no outdoor play equipment on level one is placed within 1.9m of the perimeter fencing. The Approved Provider is required to make arrangements within 3 months of approval being granted with the relevant regional office to arrange attendance when the service will conduct a rehearsal of the emergency and evacuation procedures in accordance with regulation 97(3)(a) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011. The Approved Provider must not educate or care for more than 8 non-ambulant infants.
