Approval conditions

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from 15 months up to and including school children. The Approved Provider must ensure that training is provided to all service staff on the policies and procedures required under regulation 168 of the National Regulations on induction (before commencement) and on an annual basis, as a minimum, thereafter. The Approved Provider must engage a suitably experienced and appropriately qualified person or organisation to deliver this training face to face. Evidence of the training and its contents is to be kept by the Approved Provider and available to the Regulatory Authority upon request.
