Approval conditions

The approved provider must nominate a suitably qualified and fit and proper person to fulfil the role of nominated supervisor at the service by no later than 30 days from the date of this letter. The nominated supervisor must be employed on a full-time basis, attending the service five days each week and be present at the service each day to support transition periods between the school and OOSH environment. The approved provider must notify the Commission of the name of this person and of any future changes to this person. The approved provider must ensure the service employs one additional educator each day, above ratio requirements, to support the transition period between the school and OOSH environment. Should the approved provider fail to meet these requirements, the service approval may be suspended or cancelled until such time as a fit and proper nominated supervisor has been nominated and/or an additional educator has been employed. The approved provider must notify all families of children enrolled at the education and care service of these conditions and provide a copy of this notification to the Commission.
