Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that all children attending the outside school hours care program must be at least 4 years of age by 30 June in the year they attend the program. The approved provider must ensure that only children who are currently enrolled in, and attend or will attend, a school in the current year attend the outside school hours care program. From 10 February 2024, the approved provider must ensure educators of Camp Australia - Bannister Creek Primary School OSHC conduct physical checks of the bathroom and head counts of children prior to the toilet doors being locked. The approved provider is to ensure that a written record of each physical check and headcount is made immediately following each check and headcount, including details of the time and date of the headcount and the person who conducted it. The approved provider must ensure each written record made of bathroom checks and headcounts is kept available for inspection by an authorised officer, on the same basis as any document prescribed for the purpose of section 175 of the National Law. The approved provider must ensure that the toilet located in the Ibis Block, as identified on the attached plan, is the only toilet used for the provision of education and care. The approved provider must ensure that the plan showing the toilet located in the Ibis Block is displayed next to the service approval displayed per section 172(b) of the National Law The approved provider is to ensure that at all times enrolled children over preschool age require access to and from the toilet facilities, they are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member.
