The service must have access to an educational leader working with the service for at least 20 per cent of the time the service provides education and care for the duration of the waiver The approved provider must take reasonable steps to recruit an early childhood teacher during the waiver period. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
