The approved provider must ensure the door in the kindy room, that leads directly to the carpark, remains locked at all times. The approved provider must ensure a key for this door, is readily accessible by the educators to be used in an emergency. The approved provider is to ensure that at all times enrolled children preschool age or under require access to and from the toilet facilities, they are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member, including while in the bathroom.
