Approval conditions

- The approved provider must continue active recruitment efforts to employ a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and provide the Education Standards Board with evidence of an updated recruitment strategy, including recruitment outcomes, every three months from the commencement of the waiver. - An educational leader or diploma qualified educator must be in attendance on all days an Early Childhood Teacher is not on site for the duration of the waiver. - The service must not exceed a daily attendance of 59 children until an Early Childhood Teacher or suitably qualified person is appointed, or while the waiver for regulation 132(1)(a) remains in effect. - The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
