This requirement is in place even if the Approved Provider does not employ or engage the maximum capacity of ten (10) family day care educators imposed by the Regulatory Authority Must not engage or register more than 10 family day care educators with the family day care service. The Approved Provider must only engage or register educators with the family day care service who provide education and care in the Brisbane City Council, Ipswich City Council and Logan City Council local government areas.
