Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that the children enrolled in the Kindy 3+ program, who are not turning 4 by 30 June in the year they attend the program, do not attend the Outside School Hours Care/Vacation Care programs or share the same approved spaces’. The approved provider must only provide an education and care service of the specified kind during the following specified times: • Monday to Friday providing a kindy 3+ program (school terms only) between 8:45 – 15:00. • Monday to Friday providing a before school care program 06:30 – 9:00 during term time. • Monday to Friday providing an after-school care program 14:30 – 18:15 during term time. • Monday to Friday providing a vacation care program 06:30 – 18:15. The approved provider is to ensure that at all times enrolled children preschool age and under require access to and from the toilet facilities, they are accompanied and supervised by a contact staff member, including while in the bathroom. The approved provider must ensure that of the approved maximum number of children specified in the service approval, no more than 20 children attend the Kindy 3+ program. The approved provider must ensure that at all times when moving between rooms the enrolled children are accompanied by a contact staff member. The approved provider must ensure that all staff are familiar with the supervision risk management plan for this service. The approved provider must ensure that only children who are currently enrolled in, and attend or will attend, a school in the current year attend the outside school hours care program.
