Approval conditions

The approved provider must maintain trees and/or shrubs close to the boundary fence where the electrical substation is situated in order to maximize the distance between the children and the fence line. • The approved provider must provide professional development to the nominated supervisor, educational leaders and educators employed, appointed or engaged by the approved provider to ensure that they gain knowledge to build their skills to enable them to positively interact with children and to give each child positive guidance and encouragement towards acceptable behaviour by 1 March 2017; and • Ensure that the professional development is delivered by a recognised early childhood organisation or expert, approved in writing by the Department, prior to their engagement; and • Provide the Department with proof of the completion of the professional development within 7 days of completion.
