Approval conditions

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth up to and including over preschool age, not including school children To comply with regulation 84A of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, the Approved Provider must ensure: o each child up to 12 months of age has a cot; and o each child over 12 months of age who developmentally requires a cot is provided with one to meet their sleep and rest needs. To comply with regulation 115 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, the Approved Provider must ensure that no more than eight cots are positioned in accordance with the approved cot layout diagram for Nursery Room 2 (labelled “cot plan”), adjacent to the sleep room door, to facilitate adequate supervision.
