Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that no more than 23 children are being educated and care for at any one time in the ELC space. The approved provider must ensure that whenever preschool aged children are being educated and cared for in the OSHC space, that an educator is available to ensure adequate supervision and required support of preschool aged children when accessing bathroom and hygiene facilities. The approved provider must ensure that all staff and educators are aware and implement the risk assessment that relates to the front gate to ensure supervision of all children being educated and care is met.
