Approval conditions

The approved provider must ensure that at any time children are in the Karda yard, they are accompanied and directly supervised by at least two educators, who are positioned to observe all aspects of that outdoor play area. The approved provider must ensure that, at any time children are being transported as part of the education and care service, at least one educator over the age of 18 travels in the vehicle in addition to the person driving. The approved provider must ensure that at least 50% of the educators needed to meet the requirements of Regulation 126 hold a completed relevant education and care qualification.
