Approval conditions

The approved provider must submit evidence at the end of every month of their attempts to recruit qualified educators including job advertisements; recruitment processes ran and engagements with recruitment agencies. For the waiver for regulation 321(1) to apply, the service must ensure that at no time during the provision of education and care is there more than one qualified educator fewer than the number required. The service must not operate as a single-educator site at any time while only unqualified educators are rostered and children are in attendance. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer require.
