Approval conditions

From 4 September 2025, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for one additional child on Thursday and Friday of each week and one Wednesday each fortnight provided that: a) the additional child for whom care is provided is the child named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 26 August 2025 and with reference number APP-00050723; and b) the approved provider ensures that the child named in APP-00050723 is accommodated in the first available vacancy at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority in writing within 24 hours if the child who is named in APP-00050723 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service. This condition expires on 17 December 2025. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 20 children.
