Must not engage or register more than 60 family day care educators with the service; In accordance with Regulation 123A(b) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, the approved provider must employ or engage at least a full time equivalent family day care co-ordinator for at least every 25 family day care educators engaged by or registered with the family day care service
