Approval conditions

From 21 October 2025, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for one additional child on Tuesdays of each week provided that: the additional child for whom care is provided is the child named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 14 October 2025 and with reference number APP-00052294; and the approved provider ensures that the child named in APP-00052294 is accommodated in the first available vacancy at the service; and the approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority in writing within 24 hours if the child who is named in APP-00052294 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service. This condition expires on 23 December 2025. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 40 children.
