The approved provider must ensure that all educators, staff and volunteers have read and are familiar with the supervision plan and risk assessment for the outdoor play space. The approved provider must ensure that any amendments to the services supervision plan and/or risk assessment for the outdoor play space are submitted to the Regulatory Authority within seven days.
