Approval conditions

The Provider must nominate a Person with Management or Control (PMC), and notify the Authority of the appointment and any future changes. The PMC will be responsible for regular monitoring, mentoring and assessing educator and Nominated Supervisor practice on a regular basis. Records must be maintained to demonstrate how and when these assessments are conducted and how they inform individual and group staff training and/or performance management. These records must be made available to the Authority upon request for inspection.
