Approval conditions

The service is subject to a temporary waiver from 19 June 2026 to 23 December 2026 in relation to regulation 107. The temporary waiver is subject to the following conditions: - the temporary waiver only operates on Mondays to Fridays; and - the temporary waiver is only applicable in respect to the child who is named in the application dated 18 June 2026 with reference number APP-00059737; and - the temporary waiver will expire on 23 December 2026 unless the child named in APP-00059737 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service prior to this date. From 19 June 2026, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for one additional child on Mondays to Fridays of each week provided that: a) the additional child for whom care is provided is the child named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 18 June 2026 and with reference number APP-00059737; and b) the approved provider ensures that the child named in APP-00059737 is accommodated in the first available vacancy at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the Early Learning Commission in writing within 24 hours if the child who is named in APP-00059737 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service. d) This condition expires on 23 December 2026. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 34 children.
