The Approved Provider is permitted to use the indoor and outdoor areas specified in the lease agreement submitted to the Regulatory Authority, as part of the service approval application (APP-00053225), for the operation of the education and care service to which this service approval is granted. The approved provider must comply with the current Site Contamination Management Plan for the approved education and care service premises and ensure that a copy of the current Site Contamination Management Plan is available at the education and care service premises upon request. The Approved Provider must ensure that this temporary service approval is surrendered by 31 December 2026.
