Approval conditions

- The approved provider must provide evidence to the Regulatory Authority by 30 August 2026, and every three months thereafter while the waiver remains in force, of genuine and ongoing attempts to recruit a suitably qualified Early Childhood Teacher, including copies of job advertisements and/or evidence of engagement with recruitment agencies. An Educational Leader must be in attendance on all days that an Early Childhood Teacher is not on site for the duration of the waiver. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
