Approval conditions

Service approval-exclusion of the general public: The approved provider is to ensure that all members of the general public are excluded from the approved service premises at all times the service operates, other than: *The parents of enrolled children *Persons authorized by parents of enrolled children to collect enrolled children; and *Persons authorized by a written law to enter the approved service premises, *Persons authorized by the approved provider to carry out necessary maintenance work within the approved service but subject to Section 170 of the Law. The approved provider must ensure all enrolled children have access to the outdoor environment through regular authorised excursions. The approved provider must ensure that only children who are currently enrolled in, and attend or will attend, a school in the current year attend the outside school hours care program. The approved provider must ensure that all children attending the outside school hours care program must be at least 4 years of age by 30 June in the year they attend the program.
