Approval conditions

Complete the following targeted training within three (3) months from the commencement of the undertaking and provide the ESB of evidence of completion: Child Safe Environments Training - Full day course in person Early Childhood professional development - Online training Attend the ESB office at a mutually agreed time to participate in an interview, during which Mr. Greed will outline his learnings regarding appropriate interactions with children and provide his reflections on the matter. (If the Authorised Officers conducting the interview are not satisfied with Mr. Greed's responses, further consideration will be given to issuing a prohibition notice. Mr. Greed is to be made aware of, and acknowledge, this request.) Refrain from allowing children to sit on him in any form for the duration of the Undertaking. Provide the ESB, in writing, with the name and address of the education and care service at which he is employed within 7 (seven) days of commencing work at that location. Provide the ESB with written evidence confirming that the nominated supervisor of the education and care service at which he is employed is aware of the Enforceable Undertaking. Facilitate the preparation of a report by a representative of the approved provider of the education and care service at which he is employed, outlining any issues related to his performance, to be provided after three (3) months but before four (4) months from the commencement of this Undertaking.
