Approval conditions

The approved provider may educate and care for no more than 157 children on a maximum of three days per week, whilst this waiver is in effect to accommodate the additional children specified in this waiver application. The approved provider must ensure that all children being educated and cared for by the service have daily access to the services outdoor licensed environment and reasonable steps are taken to ensure that children have regular opportunities to access natural environments through routine outings. The approved provider must ensure that the Regulatory Authority is advised within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
