The approved provider must submit a revised emergency management plan that complies with regulation 97 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011, including evacuation procedures in the event of a fire at the service, prior to educating and caring for children at the service. The approved provider is required to make arrangements within 3 months of approval being granted with the relevant regional office to arrange attendance when the service will conduct a rehearsal of the emergency and evacuation procedures in accordance with regulation 97(3)(a) of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.
