The approved provider must ensure that children have access to genuine outdoor space located on level 1 of the education and care service as part of their daily program. The approved provider must take reasonable steps to ensure that the nominated supervisor and staff members of, and volunteers at, the service follow the services policy and procedure ‘Guardian Early Learning – Kew East – Out & About Program’ The approved provider must ensure that they incorporate and maintain natural elements and features within outdoor spaces.
