3. The approved provider must actively and continuously recruit for early childhood teacher(s), including conducting formal advertising at least every 3 months. The approved provider must submit to the Regulatory Authority, every 3 months, evidence of all recruitment activities, including copies of advertisements, details of the recruitment process, applicants considered, and outcomes. 4. Whilst recruitment efforts for early childhood teacher(s) are ongoing, the approved provider must also demonstrate ongoing and proactive efforts to upskill existing educators who do not currently hold an early childhood teacher qualification, supporting them to actively work toward and obtain this qualification. Every 3 months, the approved provider must submit evidence to the Regulatory Authority, including enrolment confirmations, progress updates, projected completion timelines, and details of support strategies in place. 1. Whilst recruitment efforts for diploma-qualified staff are ongoing, the approved provider must also demonstrate ongoing and proactive efforts to upskill existing educators who do not currently hold a diploma qualification, supporting them to actively work toward and obtain this qualification in a timely and efficient manner. Every 3 months, the approved provider must submit evidence to the Regulatory Authority, including enrolment confirmations, progress updates, projected completion timelines, and details of support strategies in place.
