Approval conditions

From 16 March 2026, the service may temporarily increase its maximum number to provide education and care for one additional child on Monday and Tuesday of each week provided that: a) the additional child for whom care is provided is the child named in the application to amend the service approval, dated 3 March 2026 and with reference number APP-00056514; and b) the approved provider ensures that the child named in APP-00056514 is accommodated in the first available vacancy at the service; and c) the approved provider must notify the NSW Early Learning Commission in writing within 24 hours if the child who is named in APP-00056514 has been placed in a vacancy or has ceased to attend the service. This condition expires on 16 September 2026. From this time, the approved provider can only provide education and care to a maximum of 71 children.
