Approval conditions

- The service must not operate as a single-educator site at any time while only unqualified educators are rostered and children are in attendance. Single-operator arrangements are only permitted where the educator holds a qualification that is published under regulation 137(2) in the list of approved qualifications for second and subsequent qualified educators working with children over preschool age for South Australia. - The approved provider is required to continue with recruitment efforts for a suitably qualified person and must provide evidence of an updated recruitment strategy which will reduce the services usage of temporary waivers to the Education Standards Board by 31 July 2026.
