The service must ensure that at no time during the provision of education and care is there more than one qualified educator fewer than the number required Risk mitigation strategies identified in the application must be implemented and evidence of implementation must be retained. The approved provider is required to continue with recruitment efforts for a suitably qualified person and must provide evidence of an updated recruitment strategy which will reduce the services usage of temporary waivers to the Education Standards Board by 30 June 2026. The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required
