Approval conditions

- At any time, education and care is being provided, at least one educator working directly with children must be either qualified or working towards a relevant qualification published under regulation 137(2) in the list of approved qualifications for second and subsequent qualified educators working with children over preschool age for South Australia. - The risk mitigation strategies outlined in the risk assessment must be fully implemented, and evidence of implementation must be maintained. - The approved provider must take reasonable steps to recruit a qualified educators during the waiver period. -The approved provider must notify the Regulatory Authority within 14 days if the waiver is no longer required.
