Approval conditions

This service is approved to provide education and care to children from birth to over preschool age, including school children. The maximum number of school age children is 10. 1. The wooden gate which is currently obstructing the view of the toilet that will be used by school age children be moved, to ensure that there is a direct line of sight from the door of the school age children's room to the toilet. 2. A buzzer system is available at all times for use by school age children using the toilet to ensure that they can seek assistance if required. 3. Adequate policies and procedures are in place to ensure the use of the toilet is safe, developmentally appropriate, convenient to access and adequate for school age children. 4. There must not be more than 15 school aged children and staff present at any one time.
