Must not engage or register more than 65 family day care educators with the service. The Approved provider must only engage or register educators with the family day care service who provide education and care in the following local government areas: Brisbane City Council, Bundaberg Regional Council, Cairns Regional Council, Cloncurry Shire Council, Douglas Shire Council, Fraser Coast Regional Council, Gladstone Regional Council, Gold Coast City Council, Gympie Regional Council, Ipswich City Council, Isaac Regional Council, Livingstone Shire Council, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Logan City Council, Mackay Regional Council, Mareeba Shire Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Mount Isa City Council, Noosa Shire Council, Redland City Council, Rockhampton Regional Council, Scenic Rim Regional Council, Somerset Regional Council, Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Toowoomba Regional Council, Townsville City Council, and Whitsundays Regional Council. The Approved Provider must employ or engage at least 1 full time equivalent family day care co-ordinator for every 25 family day care educators engaged by or registered with the family day care service.
